Design Consultation

Your design experience will often commence with a visit to our wonderful showroom which is located in Romsey, Hampshire. Here you can see our products and discuss the various styles and design options avaliable to you. This will then be followed with a complimentary home visit by one of our design consultants.

Understanding your key requirements, your properties unique characteristics and your desired style, will enable our designers to provide you with initial ideas and offer some project budget suggestions.

Planning requirements and additional professional services required for your build will also be considered at this time.

Planning and Modelling

Following your initial meetings, your designs will now start to come to life. Additional site surveys will be undertaken and 3D modelling created to provide visualisations of your Orangery.

Seeing how your Orangery design will work with your home, change your internal living space and reflect your ideas, is key to the design success of your Orangery.

Rococo wants you to fully understand and be happy with every element of the project, so this is a vital stage in the journey.

Project Management

From the very first site meeting with your project management team you will start to see how the designs become reality.

Schedules of works will be produced as well as detailed drawings created. Your project manager will become your single point of contact for your project, keeping you fully informed of timings and schedules, running though and discussing the various stages of the build process and co-ordinating all of our trades.

Our bespoke and comprehensive service is there to support you through every stage of the project.
